1. After purchasing , you will receive a email of the address to ship your hair too . 

2. First AND last name must match the name on your order and your package .

3. New closure / frontal piece is REQUIRED. 

4. Old bundles can be used , cannot be still connected to the cap ! Also hair must be detangled before mailing off. (NO CUT TRACKS)

5. For custom color , please email inspiration picture to diamondxohair@gmail.com BEFORE booking. 

6. NOT ACCEPTABLE : Closures/frontals with dark thick lace , thick/dense hairlines , big knots , and T-part closures. If you are unsure , email a picture to : diamondxohair@gmail.com

7. Once hair is received please allow 4-5 business days to complete your unit. 

8. Hair must be sent within 2 weeks after purchase. If not , order will be refunded.

10. If you choose BYOB EXPRESS , before placing your order please email diamondxohair@gmail.com with the date you need your wig by & the soonest date you can have your wig shipped or dropped off.

11. If you choose to purchase your hair from us, processing time will be 7-10 business days once hair is received.
